1. Best outdoor activity - Take a swim down at Milk Beach, in fact, take a picnic, a book and spend the day

2. Best coffee - Elbon Coffee in Double Bay; best coffee, fresh beans, and amazing selection of chocolates to choose from.

3. Best café - Lot 19 at Rushcutters Bay

4. Best place to hang out when it’s raining - Vaucluse House (note not open everyday)

5. Best view - Nielson Park and the view back over Sydney Harbour is hard to beat

6. Best little bar - 10 William St up in Paddington

7. Best restaurant - Chiswick is an absolute favourite!

8. Best bookshop - Ampersand in Paddington

9. Best dog friendly activity - Rushcutters Bay Park, both on and off lead at set times of the day

10. Most touristy thing to do - Watching the Sydney to Hobart sail out from the Gap each year on Boxing Day!
