  • As a Buyer’s Agent, we exclusively represent buyers and do not engage in the sale of any properties. The buyer pays for our services and can be assured that we 100% represent the buyer’s best interests in finding the right property and ensuring the right price is paid.

  • We are paid by the buyers who engage our services. Upon understanding what services you require, we will have an upfront discussion with you on the costs involved before you make any commitments.

  • If you are buying an investment property, then our fees may be deductible and recommend you consult with your Accountant.

    If you are buying a property to live in yourself then the fee will not be tax deductible.
