Sydney Buyers Agent Fees
Our objective is to provide clear and transparent information about our fees. You should know exactly what our fee is before you engage our services and know that there are no hidden extra fees.
We are not the cheapest and we are not the most expensive. Our fee model is designed based on our years of professional and technical experience, balanced with making our service accessible to those who need it.
As a Buyer’s Agent, our aim is to ensure that you pay the lowest possible price for your property. Hence, our fees are structured in bands based on purchase price.
The fees below are reflective of the fees for 90% of our clients. If you have a unique brief, or very specific requirements, then the fees below may differ. This will be discussed with you upfront.
The Engagement Fee is an upfront part-payment of the total fee, and is not refundable. It is payable upon signing the Agency Agreement, and once paid, we commence the search for your new property.
The Success Fee is payable within 7 days of exchange of contracts.
All fees are inclusive of GST.
