Life in Camperdown, 2050.

Camperdown is part City of Sydney and part Inner West, not just geographically, but in vibe and feeling as well. Camperdown offers a lot for a little suburb. Home to the University of Sydney and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, there is rarely a quiet street or a dull moment.

A few of my favourite things about Camperdown:

• Green spaces; with Victoria Park, Camperdown Park and the grounds of Sydney Uni, there are plenty of places to relax, read a book, enjoy the sunshine and listen to some live music.

• Looking for a pub with a warm fireplace that is dog friendly? Look no further than the Alfred Hotel.

• Given my love for riding a Vespa, I might be a little bias, but I love the Deus cafe, linked with Deus ex Machina

• It is hard to look past Grumpy Donuts - whether or not you feel grumpy, these are just what you need whatever the mood.

• If you are a bit of a history buff, Sydney Uni also offers heritage tours for a small fee to learn about the rich history and architecture. It is not Harvard, but still interesting. Click here to learn more.
